Today, not everyone can experience the same sense of wonder
Every day, thousands of people visit the Basilica of San Petronio to admire its beauty and discover the treasures it holds.
Four wonders, among many others, that narrate centuries of art, faith and history.

The Lamentation
We want everyone to be able to experience that same sense of wonder. But today, the steps at the entrance are still a barrier for many people:
elderly and people with limited mobility
families with strollers
many others who find the steps difficult
